Megan Renee Finch of Milan and Charles Randall Thorne III of Belleville were married July 23 at the Civil Registrar's Office in Baumholder Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany.

The bride is the daughter of Donald and Kimberly Finch of Milan. She is a graduate of Milan High School.
The groom is the son of Charles Thorne Jr. of Alger and Michele Fuylater of Belleville. He is a graduate of Belleville and is a sergeant in the U.S. Army.
They are planning a church wedding with family and friends upon the return of the groom from Iraq.
