Walcott, Blattner exchange vows

Laura Walcott and Joseph Blattner of New York were married June 23, 2007, at St. Andrew's Church in Saline. The Revs. Thomas Brennan and William Stevenson presided.

The bride is the daughter of Wayne and Candice Walcott of Ann Arbor and Ann Walcott of Sylvania, Ohio.
The groom is the son of John and Peggy Blattner of Ann Arbor.
Honor attendants were Vicki Kakounis of Long Island, N.Y.; Becky Haugen of Saline; John Blattner of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; and Matt Swiss of Saline.
Other attendants were Lauren Nicholls and Megan DeGrand, both of Westland; Karen Walcott of Grand Rapids; Sarah Kyle and Jane DeJong, both of Ann Arbor; John Cooney of St. Louis, Mo., Matt Navan of Saline, Brett Walcott of Chicago, and Jeff Kyle and Matt DeJong, both of Ann Arbor.
The couple honeymooned in Hawaii and held a reception following the wedding at Travis Pointe Country Club in Ann Arbor.
