Ashlie Godfrey, the daughter of William and Betty Godfrey of Horton, and Michael Haeussler, son of Jim and Michele Haeussler of Saline, are engaged and planning a May wedding.

The future bride graduated from Lumen Christi Catholic High School. She has a bachelor's degree in nursing from Eastern Michigan University and is employed at the University of Michigan Hospital.
The future groom graduated from Saline High School and expects to graduate in May from Ferris State University with a bachelor's degree in surveying engineering.
