The talk will be held 11:30 a.m. May 15 at Brecon Village in Saline.
"Mark Clevey is much in demand these days. We feel extremely fortunate that he has found time in a crowded schedule to come and speak with us on some very timely issues as they relate to the current economic conditions in Michigan," Larry Osterling, executive director at the chamber, said in a news release.
"He has an important message that needs to be heard in terms of the treatment and taxation of business owners in our state."
Clevey is the executive director of the Small Business Foundation of Michigan and vice president of Entrepreneurship, Small Business Association of Michigan. Both organizations are dedicated to fostering a robust entrepreneurial economy in the state.
The luncheon is being sponsored by DiggyPOD, a print company in the Saline area. Brecon Village is located north of downtown Saline at 200 Brecon Drive, just off of North Ann Arbor Street. Reservations are required at a cost of $18 for chamber members and $22 for non-members, and can be obtained by calling 429-4494.
