A daughter, Natalie Marie Ratkiewicz, was born May 16 to Heather and Jeff Ratkiewicz of San Diego. She is the granddaughter of Michelle Murdock, and Paulette and Larry Ratkiewicz, all of Saline, and Kris and Melissa Ukkestad of Redlands, Calif. She was born at Mary Birch Women's Hospital in San Diego.

Logan Alexander Kipley, son of Mike and Laurie Kipley of Saline, was born Feb. 15 at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ypsilanti. He is the brother of Mason Kipley, and the grandson of Darryl and Virginia Niemi of Jackson, and John and Patricia Kipley of Brighton.
William Peter Loveland, son of Peter and Tracy Loveland of Saline, was born March 25 in Ann Arbor. He is the younger brother of Jack, 7, Emma, 5, and Molly, 2. Grandparents are Georgene and Jim Cronin of Rochester Hills, and Carol Loveland-Cherry and Peter Cherry, both of Ann Arbor.
