A free concert will be held on North Ann Arbor Street between Michigan Avenue and Henry Street. Owen B & the Overtime Band will perform at 6:30 pm.

The 18th annual Ping's Athletic Scholarship Fund Pro Football Celebrity/Charity Golf Outing will include a five-person scramble, with registration beginning at 9:30 a.m. An autograph session is set for 10:30 a.m., with an 11 a.m. shotgun start at Brookside Golf Course in Saline. The cost is $130 per person.

Deadline to register for Junior Tackle Football League, offered by Saline Community Education, is July 10. The league is open to all boys and girls in fourth through sixth grades who weigh between 65 and 150 ponds and reside in the Saline School District. "Prayer Flags" has been rescheduled. In honor of Flag Day, area residents are invited to make "prayer flags" from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Cost is $10 per person. There is a $10 materials fee for each set of prayer flags. Children must be accompanied by an adult. The event will be held at 213 E. Michigan Ave. in Saline.
